If you are a homeowner who has received correspondence from us regarding your condominium or homeowners association, please contact us to discuss your file.  If you are delinquent in the payment of your assessments or other charges to the association, our office will consider reasonable repayment arrangements.  Our office accepts payment by cash, personal check, money order, cashier's check or other certified funds.  Please include our office's file number on all payments and other correspondence.  Please note all payments must be sent to our Annapolis office and not to management, including ongoing assessments, until your file is closed with our office. For your convenience, payments may also be made online (see link above).

Please note that if, your account is in collection, our office is attempting to collect a debt and any information obtained will be used for that purpose.  Please see our Disclosures page for further information.
